Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1994 by Hubei Xingshan Chemicals General Works, Hubei Shuanghuan Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Tianxing Hydropower Co., Ltd. It is one of the largest manufacturers of phosphorus chemicals in the People's Republic of China. As China's first grade level enterprise, Before Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established Hubei Xingshan Chemicals Works marched into the array of China's Biggest 500 Chemistries in 1993. In 1996 Xingfa was granted the license for import and export by itself. With a reliable technology force and strict quality control system, the company turns out quality products and best services.

Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. is large, national first class enterprise manufacturing and exporting chemical materrials. Its predecessor is "HUBEI XINGSHAN COUNTY CHEMICAL GENERAL WORKS", built in 1984.
The company is located at the northern bank of Xiling gorge, among the Three Gorges of Yangtze River In addition to the picturesque scenery, the land offers valuable resources. It is the most abundant reservoir in Asia for rock phosphate deposits. Because of excessive rainfall level, many hydropower stations have been constructed near the surrounding river to supply plentiful, cheap power fo nearby industrial use. The company aslo has favorable transportation methods either by railways or by the golden water road--Yangtze River.
Earlier in 1987, the government appointed the company as "the special plant for export"; in 1993, the national statistics bureau named the company as "the 500 biggest chemistry industries in China"; since 1995, the company has been authorized to export its ownproducts. In the past years, the company has been ranked as one of the top three companies in exporting phosphorous products in China. On June 18, 1999. The company was certified, ISO9002(NO. 991108). Three are sub offices and warehouses situated in Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou to provide the first-rate servies in shipments.
