Tech-New Group Co., Ltd is an individually-run enterprise mainly focusing on automobile industry, the head office is located in Hardware Sci & Tech Industrial Zone of Yongkang city, Zhejiang Province, where is famous for the Hardware Capital and Technicians Township, currently it has factory area of 500, 000 square meters, staff 3, 000 persons. The business covers automobile, sheet metal parts of auto, auto dies, machinery & electronic, meter/electric appliances of auto and motorcycles as well as doors, real estate, and tourism, the Group is composed of lots of subsidiary companies, such as Huangshan Jinma Limited Liability Company (in Stock market), Kind Vehicle Co., Ltd., Tech-New Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Kingdom Doors Co., Ltd., Yongkang Dies Processing Center Co., Ltd., Teck-New Machinery and Electronics Co., Ltd. Golden-horse Vehicle Co., Ltd., Chongqing Tiehong Machinery and Electric Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Tech-New Hi-tech Co., Ltd.
Founded in 1992 by the Chairperson, Mr. Ying Jianren, Tech-New Group was originally named as Yongkang Great wall Hardware Machinery Factory. For more than ten years, the Group has been continuously enhancing its impetus by introducing sophisticated technologies and equipments and recruiting excellent talents. From home and abroad, more than 50 experts and senior technicians from well-known auto manufacturers successively joined Tech-New Group; They become pioneers of all levels and establish an efficient and modern technical group. Meanwhile, through effective technology innovation, advanced technologies and equipments have been ushered in succession. Now the production capacity has achieved 250, 000 sets for sheet metal parts of auto and 500 sets for auto dies. The products include mini-car, commercial van, saloon car, and the manufactured parts are supplied to more than 10 automobile manufactures, such as Changhe, Changan, JAC, Chery, Fiat, Beijing Jeep, and construct a good cooperation relationship; And The group is the group is one of the first 20 enterprises to be appointed as Key Backbone Enterprise for Auto and Parts Manufacturing in Zhejiang Province.
In 2003 the Group recombined Huangshan Jinma Limited Liability Company, which is one of fifty enterprises supported by China government for some key auto parts manufacturing. The Company has the capacity of 250, 000 units for auto meters. Concerned with China debt investment CNY125Mln, the National Key Technical Innovation Project, Production Line of Electronic Car Meter, is in progress.
The Group has achieved the certificate QS9000 of International Quality System for Automobile Products and the awards like New High-tech Enterprise in Zhejiang, National Glorious Star, National Civilization Member, Main Tax Payer, AAA Credible Enterprise, Key Client of China Construction Bank. Herewith, Mr. Ying Jianren, the Chairperson, is honored as One of Ten Outstanding Youth in Zhejiang, Prominent Individually-run Enterpriser, and Enterprise Model in Rural Area of Zhejiang.
