Jiangyin Huaxin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, located in Jiangyin City of Jiangsu Province. We totally have 7 production lines for PSF, 4 lines in Jiangyin City and 3 lines in Chongqing City. Our annual production capacity of PSF is 72, 000 metric tons, and 70% of them are selling in domestic market, mainly supplying to spinning mills/non-woven factory/carpet factory.
We have two sister companies in Xiamen City, Fujiang Province. Jinjiang Jinfu Chemical Fiber & Polymer Co., Ltd is the producer of polyester filament, who was established in 1997. Xindeli Textile Co., Ltd is the producer of twisted yarn, who was established in 2006. Jinfu is mainly engaged in producing POY, DTY and FDY. We introduce ZIMMER technology and own well Dyeing uniformity. We introduce convolute equipment from Germany BARMAG and Japan TMT equipment. The annual production capacity is 200, 000 tons of polyester filament.
Xindeli is a new project for us. The first stage we set up 10 sets TFO machine. We will set up another 10 sets TFO machine in Aug 2007. Totally we will set 35-40sets TFO machine by the mid of 2008. We can twist the yarn from 150TPM to 1500TPM. We have own steam fixing machine to maintain the twist and all products are for overseas market.
To develop the overseas market, we set up a company in Hong Kong in 2004, named Unisky Shanghai (HK) Limited, in charge of exporting and importing business. The main overseas market is S. America, USA, Europe, Russia, Turkey, Middle East and South East Asia.
