Chunjing Glass Products Co., Ltd., which was founded in the year of 1996 is an industry specializing in manufacturing high quality white glass bottles & jars and coloured glass bottles & jars. We have now 3 furnaces with 8 automatic production lines and 2 semi-automatic lines and 2 manual production lines with a yearly capacity of about 100 million bottles & jars in various shapes ranging from 5ml to 700ml. Our main products are cosmetic bottles & jars like perfume bottles, cream jars, lotion bottles, nail polish bottles, fragrance bottles for car use with over 4000 different specifications supplying packaging containers for domestic and oversea cosmetic, perfumery and food industries.
We have 8 fully automatic production lines to meet demands of large quantity orders, as well as manual production lines to produce small orders with variety of specifications. Meanwhile, a crucible kiln is used to make coloured bottles.
We provide services of product designing, mold making, sampling, manufacturing, frosting, polishing, high & low temperature silk screen printing, hotstamping and spraying as well.
We assist customers to fit glass bottles with plastic accessories like perfume spray pump, lotion spray pump, and all kinds of covers and caps.
We have now 2 glass decoration ftys besides the glass fty owned by our company, providing colouring/lacquering, printing process for our glass bottles as well as UV metalising for plastic caps.
Our products have been exported worldwide like Europe, the USA, Middle East countries, South-east Asia, etc. We have just obtained independent export license which will enable us to export our goods more easily. And also to expand our export business, we have just set up an office in Guangzhou to make closer communications with all customers from worldwide.
