Most of Fiberay\'s R&D and all manufacturing are located in China. Fiberay is the largest transceiver supplier in China and the market leader in GEPON and GPON transceivers. Our products have been utilized by most of well-known telecom/network facility manufacturers. Fiberay has more than half of its employees engaged in R&D positions with a strong technical support staff dedicated to optical communication module development. Fiberay has accumulated over 20 patents that have been issued or are in review in the USA and in China.
In Huangshan, China, where a first-class R&D center of the company is located, Fiberay owns an in-house factory of 10, 000m2, that encompasses 16 assembly and test lines in a Class 100K clean room environment. Utilizing the most up-to-date engineering techniques, the factory can manufacture up to 800 thousand optical modules per month.
Besides the factory in Huangshan, Fiberay also has a CEM partner with a capacity of 40 thousand optical modules per month. This factory is located in Chengdu, China.
In order to realize the high-quality and competitive products, Fiberay established an optical components production factory in Shenzhen, China. With an area of 1. 300m2, Fiberay\'s optical sub-assemblies production line utilizes the most advanced, including 10 automatic laser welders with a monthly yield of over 300 thousand optical sub-assemblies.
