The New Lelee diode-pumped laser marking system (LM-DP-ST) provides unparalleled marking quality in a compact, cost effective configuration. It is the best solution for highly demanding, high definition marks on plastics and metals.
Using the same focusing length, the spot size of the laser beam is cut in half, bringing high power density, finer line width and better micro marking capacity.
The 532nm wavelength, when compared to the infrared laser, causes much less mechanical heat stress on the target piece without sacrificing the amount of ablation, hence less mechanical distortion of very thin metal sheet.
Green laser light is suitable for processing several types of plastics, changing surface color for legible marks without burning.
Ablation of protective films with no alteration of the substrate material itself. |
