Ganoderma lucidum spore powder (shell-broken, whole plant) is the seeds that are released from the fruit body when ganoderma lucidum ripes. Biologically, they are called spores. Being powder-like when collected, they are normally called ganoderma lucidum spore powder. It has not been studied and used until recently. It is very difficult to collect the spore powder in the wild. Normally, only 1kg of the powder can be collected from about 1000kg of ganoderma lucidum. The diameter of a spore is merely 5-8 micron.
