HM1LE series earth leakage breaker (hereinafter referred to as Breaker) is an earth leakage protection device that applicable to a circuit of AC 50Hz voltage up to 690V and rated current up to 1250A. It can protect the electric appliance from dangerous fire caused by earth leakage current due to damage the of electric appliance. Insulation. It can also protect the line and the motor from overload and short circuit and be used for infrequent switching the power line.
It features as small volume, high switch-off ability, short arcing distance, adjustable leakage current, etc. It can be attached with accessories such as alarm contact, shunt release and auxiliary contacts.
The breaker has two protection mode: Power distribution and Motor Protection.
This product is produced according to IEC 60947-2 and IEC 60755 GB 14048. 2 GB 6829-1995.
Working conditions and mounting
1. The altitude of the installation shall not exceed 2000m.
2. Ambient temperature: The upper limit of the temperature is 40潞 C, The lower limit of the temperature is 5oC., The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed 35潞 C,
3. Atmosphere condition
The atmosphere relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the Max. Ambient temperature, but it may be higher under lower ambient temperature. The Max. Monthly average relative humidity is 90% under the temperature of 25oC. Dew-proof should be used for dew will occurred on the surface of the breaker due to temperature change.
4. Mounting
The breaker shall be installed in a rainproof place with out vibration. The upper wiring terminals shall be connected to the power supply side and the lower terminals to the load side. The incline to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5oC.
5. Erection class is class III.
6. Pollution grade is Grade III.
7. Magnetic field
The external magnetic field intensity nearby the installation of the breaker shall not exceed five times of earth magnetic field intensity in any direction |
