R-5660-S series of Flexible Mica Plate is a good heat resistant insulating material, which retains its permanent flexibility at room temperature. R-5660-S series has two species:
(1) R-5660-S1: Muscovite Flexible Mica Plate, Silver color, Heat resistance: 500潞 C/932潞 F (In constant operation), 750潞 C/1382潞 F (in intermittent operation).
(2) R-5660-S3: Phlogopite Flexible Mica Plate, Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750潞 C/1382潞 F (In constant operation), 1000潞 C /1832潞 F (in intermittent operation).
Properties:
Excellent resistance to heat up to 1000潞 C.
Excellent electrical insulation.
Excellent tensile strength and easy to form at room temperature.
Available:
Size: Sheets of 1000 x 600 mm 1000 x 1200 mm 1000 x 2400mm
This material is quite flexible and can be cut to desired sizes.
Thickness: 0, 1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, ...., 3.0mm. |
