Property and main Applications:
Non-curing, thermally conductive silicone paste, besides 290 Silicone grease has excellent insulation and stability, with wide working extent (- 50 C ~ +200 C), used widely in thermal interface dispensed for CPUs, thermal conduction and electric conduction etc, as it have moderate thermal conductivity; Low bleed(close to 0); Stable at high temperatures, easily for gap fill material between electronic heat sources and heat sinks and having low thermal resistance, high thermal conductivity.
