Product introduction
Nucleating Agent BQ-11 can reduces haze and enhances the clarify of polypropylene through nucleation of the polymer. This also leads to enhanced stiffness of the molded part and to shorter cycle time during the molding process
The substance can supply nucleus and accelerates the rate of crystallization which makes the structure of crystal grain finer. Accordingly, many characteristics of the product can be improved, including the firm of the material, the temperature of heating distortion, stability, transparent performance and the degree of surface polish. Additionally, Nucleating Agent BQ-11 can reduce the cycle of product molding and extend processing ways, then enhance the smooth of product exterior.
