1. Summarization
The main row materials are put into a hydrapulper and defibrated there, with some additives added to endow it with some new functions (such as waterproof and static free). While in the storage, a little more additives are put in the stock to improve special properties. With the clean or recycled water added in, the pulp consistency is adjusted to certain percentage needed. Then the pulp is absorbed and vacuumed by special-made metal mould to wet products, and then the wet products are dried and hot-pressed to finished products.
2. Row materials
In the pulp moulding process, waste newsprint, paperboard and the waste paper edges from papermaking factory and printing house are used as main row materials. This is a kind of way to recycle the abundant wastes with a low price. |
