This equipment is hydraulically driven and falls down the boat to the water surface making use of the gravity of the boat, and is able to turn the boat outside board in case of loss of power. When lowering, occupants pull the remote control wire rope to raise the load of the hauler through the pulley on the reel to control the lowering and stop of the boat. Boatman can also maneuvers on the platform. Motor-driven reduction gear box of the hauler can carry out centrifugal speed limit and manual lowering brake. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with requirements of classification societies and MSC. 47(66)&MSC. 48(66) 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and its inspection and testing meet requirements of IMO MSC. 81(70).
