This model is made according to CE standard, adding a safe door, easier and safer to operate. It is suitable to produce PET bottle in different shapes. It is widely used to produce mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, medicine, cosmetic and oil bottles etc.
It adopts revolving infrared pre-heat system to ensure PET preforms be heated evenly. The machine uses mechanical-double-arm mold claming which ensures the mold be closed tightly under high pressure and high temperature.
The machine is also equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine.
The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and semi-auto mode. Wide-mouth and hot-fill bottles can also be made.
