2. Accounting service when company is small;
3. Advisory opinions related to location of factory or trade company;
4. Advisory opinions related to local investment environment and policy;
5. Employee recruiting and basic background evaluation;
6. Office or workshop site rent;
7. Establishment of company or standing representative office and related licenses;
8. Related contracts' negotiation, draft, look-through and revisions;
9. Guranteed loan from local banks;
10. Company inner management system related job;
11. And other legal jobs upon clients' requests.
FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND RELATED:
1. Due Deligence of suppliers in China;
2. Related contracts' negotiation, draft, look-through and revisions;
3. Related risk evalutations of dealings;
4. Cargo pre-shipment inspection;
5. Disputes negotiation and settlement under frame of laws, litigation and arbitration;
6. Debt collection;
7. Other legal jobs upon requests.
