HAIDA ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL:
1). ALUMINUM LAYER.
Aluminum layer is from the biggest aluminum extrusion supplier in Asia: Southwest Aluminum Group.
2). COATING & RAW MATERIALS.
Our Fluorine & Carbon spraying line import from France SAMES;
Spraying and Sprinkling technology come from HENKEL in Germany;
PVDF Coating Paint use KYNAR500 (Japan Nippon oil & fat company) or PPG;
PE (polyester) Coating Paint use FULL. SUN. (Taiwan);
No-toxicity Polyvinyl Plastic core are supplied by China Petroleum Group, or Canada;
Polymer Adhesion Film Imported From Korea;
Protective film on panel surface supplied by FRANCE NOVACEL.
3). COMPOSITE PRODUCE LINE:
Composite machine and technology adopte Korean and Taiwan Alumax.
Haida brand fireproof aluminum plastic composite panel, the ability of fireproof is higher than index requirement of Grade B1. It is a safe fireproof meterial and fully meets the fireproof requirement specified in Building Code
We guarantee our customers 20 years for quality of our PVDF coating products for outside wall. 15 years for quality of our PE coating products for inner wall.
