MDF board don't made edge sealing, but directly cover with paint and carve or mill, and processing sorts of lines, these ways can get good effect of designing shape.
Surface of mdf board is smooth, So easily decorate in surface, including uaual decoration materials besides with very thin decoration materials such as mic-veneer, thin paper, even directly print with paint, which will get idealistic effect and reduce cost of decoration.
Purpose of MDF board:
1. Furniture industry: A sorts board-style furniture and table or chair. For example face board, side board, screen and so on.
2. Fitment: Strengthen floor, wall board, ceiling, door, all partitions in room, staircase, plinth, photo frame, all sorts decorative board and decorative lines.
3. Vehicle and shipping making: Decorative mdf board as materials application in inside of train and bus, and intead of plywood.
But condition wet and very strict with preventing fire but solving by sticking veneer or particular mdf board.
4. Acoustics equipment material: MDF board is material with chomogeneous ellularity, so acoustics apability excellent, which supply in sound box, TV crust and musical instrument making.
5. Others applications: For example: Box frame, package box, vane of fan, hell of shoes, toy, toy bricks timekeeper frame, billboard of outdoors, revelation platform, low tray, ping-pang table, caving, model and so on.

1. Breadth cover: 3660*1830 mm, 1220*2440mm, 915*1830 mm, 1000*2000 mm, 1220*3050mm
2. Thickness: (2.5~38)mm
3. MR: E0, E1, E2.
4. Quality grade: Particular excellent grade, stair, two grade.
Product species:
Plain MDF board. MDF board: Overlaying with kinds of decorative face or melamine, (1F or 2F).
Decorative veneer: Oak, Cherry, Red Oak, Maple, Walnut, Teak, etc.
