This total intellectual microcomputer controller is specially designed to meet the characteristic of solar water heater. With the consideration of solar efficiency, it ensures continuing hot water by using of assistant electric heating. It satisfies the requirement of families consuming water at different time. Display screen using LED big screen shown in English, which make it very easy to operate. Host CPU adapts latest Samsung high-new SCM to achieve stable and reliable quality. They have humanism design, modern appearance; Make it become an ideal controller for solar water heater.

2. Temperature testing precision: +-2 degree
3. Temperature range: 0~99 degree
4. Thermostat precision: +-2 degree
5. Water level grade: 5 grades
6. Applicable water pump power: < 800W
7. Electric heating power: ≤8000W
8. Electric valve: AC 220V, both pressurize valve or non pressurize valve are OK.
Pressurize working pressure: 0.02Mpa~0.8Mpa, be applicable to direct water supply.
Non pressurize working pressure: 0.0Mpa, be applicable to water tank. Supply or low pressure water supply.
Main Function:
Starting self-check: Sounds 'did 'to remind, shows machine running normal
Water temperature display: Show the exact water temperature in inner water tank.
Water level display: Show the water level in the tank.
Later water feed: (water level lower than 10 Liter)
(E3 water feeding after 10 minutes)
(E2 water feeding after 5 minutes)
(E1 water feeding after 1 minutes)
Intellectual Mode:
Controller feed up water automatically according to water level and temperature.
Dosing water feed: Feed water according to fixed water level
Instant water feed: Till full
Timing water feed: Feed water according to fixed time, fixed level
Timing heating: Heating water according to fixed time
Low pressure water feeding: During water feeding, if pressure too low or water stop, controller will go directly to low pressure protection, showing 'E5', one hour later, it will feed up water again.
Vacuum tube protection: In blank tank, water temperature goes above 100 degree, feeding will be stopped, if low than 80 degree, will feed up water. (Feeding key will be inefficient, show E4)
Pipe protection: Connect with heat-link cover.
Electric leakage protection: When electric heating appears electric leakage, it will automatically shut up power.
