Injection system:
1) With the vertical screw design, plasticizer capacity will be enhanced greatly.
Take one kind of our machine for example, the extruder is a 30:1 L/D, which can mingle the raw material fully. The power caused by the running of the screw and a special axletree, will be passed by a three pyramid faces of the axletree,which will enlarge the pressure area, and prolong the life of the screw, also easy to discharge and maintenance

3) With the vertical screw, the function of mixing and cutting make the material melt quickly, the solid zone will be short and the wastage of pressure will be reduce accordingly. The plastic receive heating equally in the half-melt zone and melt zone, the friction will be reduce accordingly, so the wastage of the injection pressure will be lower and the speed of injection improve
4) For the lower injection pressure, the degree of the molecule moving get slowly and the inner stress get lower
Clamping system:
1) While the rotary table is transferring, the mould open at the same time, which ensures the uniformity of the thickness of the bottle
2) The special design of two vertical armor plates, for ms a enclosure state of pressreceived, which increases the mechanical strength and prolong its life, also can meet the requirements of mould and production technology
