1. Air conveyor is directly linked with machine, easier to change bottles type.
2. Bottles are conveyed with neck blocked and can be changed through some replacement instead of height adjustment of machine.
3. Rinser-clamp is strong and endurable, without contact with worms at bottle-mouth.
4. Highly effective spraying nozzles equipped on the rinser-clamp can rinse every side of bottle and save water.
5. Parts which contact with material are all made of stainless steel of food-grade.
6. Filling volume is controlled with film valves to ensure accurate filling and no loss of liquid at high speed.
7. Valve on-off system is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which starts on bottle signals.
8. Equipped with CIP loop.
9. Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure capping quality with no damage.
10. Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and operators.
11. Main electronic components( touch screen, PLC and frequency inverter) are imported products.
