The block making machine is equipped with advanced PLC intellectual control system, which can realize the human-machine communication, automatic operation, random signal analysis, automatic failure diagnosis and the setting of various parameters, and therefore the optimal working performance is achieved.
The machine adopts super-strong steel structure, special welding technology, numerous imported materials and high-quality electric devices, hydraulic parts, which ensure the stability and reliability of the machine for long term working under heavy load.
The machine adopts the computer to control the flowing rate and pressure of the hydraulic system, realizes the vertical synchronous vibration, frequency-conversion and brake. The advanced mould-pressing vibrating method can make the concrete to be liquefied degassed within 2-3 seconds, and therefore makes the product more compact and strong.
The unique feeding and arc-through device make the feeding material enters into the mould box rapidly and evenly, the special double-end combined output vibration technique and the reasonable layout of the vibrators make the vibrating force evenly distributed on the vibrating platform, and therefore ensures the uniformity of the product weight and strength.
