Features:
1) This pump is supported by ball bearings at the both ends, the front end lubricated
by oil, the rear end lubricated by grease, and an oil pipe in the middle
2) Self heat dissipation structure
3) Combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, the former made of high temperature
resisting material for outstanding thermal adaptability, the latter made
of hard alloy material of high mechanical strength and outstanding abrasion resistance,
thus to ensure good sealing performance under high temperature conditions
4) Lip seal of the third generation of PTFE for much better sealing performance,
which is 25 times upgraded compared with rubber seal, as well as outstanding corrosion
resistance
Application:
It is widely used in heat carrier heating system in the industries of petroleum,
chemical, rubber, plastic, pharmaceuticals, textile, printing and dyeing.
It is an optimal hot oil circulation pump to deliver light corrosive high-temperature
liquid not containing solid particles. Service temperature: less than 370掳C.
