Two types of PTFE rods are available. The rods of diameter 4-9mm are extruded from dispersion PTFE resin, those of diameter 10-50mm are plunger-extruded from suspension PTFE and that of diameter above 50mm die-pressed. Pressed rod, extruded rod, die-pressed rod, diameter 10 mm-50mm

1) Density: 2.1-2.3g/CBM
2) Temp resist: -180-200 degrees celsius
3) Tensile strength: Above 15Mpa
4) Elongation at break: Above 200%
5) Outer diameter: 20-300mm
6) Length: 50-300m
7) Special sizes could be ordered
8) For 1000mm length molded rods, outer diameter must be above 60mm
