JY- series reducer is mainly used for rotating kiln in cement production line. It can be also used in metallurgical -, mining -, petroleum - and light industries.
JY is a transmission unit of three - stage and parallel shaft driving. This series is consisted of 15 types.
Each type has10 reduction ratios. The reduction ratio range is 22.4 -90. Basic structure is sketched below.
JY -series reducer was approved as standard product for construction material industry by Technical Standardization Commission of construction material industry in 2001. The standard number is JC/T878.3 -2001.
With computer optimized design, all the parts are standardized, seriated, normalized and modulised. Main parts can be exchangeable among the series products.
All gears casehardened, fine ground.
High loading capacity, good dynamic property, low noise, smooth runningand low vibration.
Adopting roller bearing of high loading capacity, long life time of bearing.
Casing is of square form, the strength, rigidity and stability are fully considered.
