This series bevel-planetary gearbox is mainly used for vertical mill in construction material industry and for the bowl-type middle-speed coal millin power station. JLX-series gearbox adopts bevel-planetary gearing;
The main motor is arranged perpendicularly to the mill for each type of JLX-series gearbox. Bevel gear wheel/cylindrial gear planetary gear and sun gear are all case-hardened and ground.
With computer-aid design, parts are standardization, seriation, normalization and modularitation.
Cylinder-form casing and axial thrust bearing can bear large pressure from mill, safe and reliable.
This series gearbox have small volume, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, less vibration, smooth running and long service life etc. The main technical index have come up to advanced world level of the same kind products.
The company successfully designed and manufactured one Vertical Mill Reducer, which is of the heaviest power in China, breaking off the situation that Vertical Mill Reducer ranging from 2800-4000kW had to be imported formerly, and filling the domestic gap. It's the milestone of localization of large-size vertical mill reducer in building material industry in China.
