Features:
This machine employed a configuration of down-blowing, rotational die, air cooling and water cooling, hot air drying. Both the main motor and pulling motor employed V.F. Drive for speed regulatioin.
It is specialized for top quality photo album and other stationery top transparence use.
Advantages:
1. A big and high frame to insure very good cooling and better transparency. With 1 hydraulic screen exchanger to insure easy operation and reduce cost.
2. Screw length to diameter is 1: 32.
3. All guiding rollers are of anodized aluminum to insure best dynamic balance and stable and accurate operation.
4. The calander roller is of mirror surface.
5. Pneumatic open-flat pressing rollers have 2 sets: One is for emboss film and the other is for flat film.
