The flow through style pressure monitor is a very cheap, easly to assemble retro-fit safety accessory.
Function:
Simply look at your tyre monitors to see if your tyres are under pressure. Red/green indicates tyres are under inflated by 10%. All red indicates tyres are underinflated by 20% and require immediate attention.
These simple mechanical devices have operating pressures from 28 psi right through to 130 psi. They are not intended to be pressure guages. The flow through is best utilised with commerical vehicles where checking tyre pressures on truck and trailers can waste a lot of time. The flow throughs do not need to be removed when tyres need to be inflated.
