High Conversion-rate Glucoamylase
It is a trans-glucosidase-free product, which made by Aspergillus niger submerge fermentation. With stable quality, glucoamylase supplies solutions for hydrolysis industry processing of starch, dextrin and oligosaccharide: Such as in alcohol, MSG, liquor, beer, rice wine, organic acid, antibiotic, as well as oligosaccharide and glucose production.
1. Description:
1) Properties
Food grade product is stable, consistent, light brown liquid; Industrial grade product is yellow brown powder;
2) Function
Glucoamylase breaks down 伪 -1, 4 glucosidic bound of starch from non-reducing end into glucose, as well as breaking 伪 -1, 6 glucosidic bound slowly.
3) Optimum condition
Optimum temperature is 58潞 C~60潞 C, optimum pH is 4. 2~6. 3. The enzyme activity increases while temperature increases before 60潞 C, and decreases sharply after 60潞 C.
4) Definition of enzyme activity unit:
1 unit equals to the amount of enzyme of hydrolysis 伪 -starch to get 1 mg glucose at 40潞 C, pH=4. 6 in 1h.

Glucoamylase implements QB1805. 2-93 industrial standard, legislated by China Light Industry Department. |
