Character: Doibutramine is the newly developed product from Sibutramine. It is white and light grey powder which can't dissolve in water, but can dissolve in ethanol.
Function: The acting principle of Doibutramine is the same as Sibutramine which acts on the central nervous system to cure fatness disease. It acts through the metabolism products of amine (primary amine and secondary amine). It can make you feel full through the prevention of the absorption of norepineDbzinc, 5-hydroxytryptamine and Dopamine. And it has no obvious influence to the release of norepineDbzinc, 5-hydroxytryptamine and Dopamine. Study shows that this product and amine metabolism products have no obvious anti-choline, anti-histamine and Monoamine Oxidase prevention effects. The weight loss effect of Doibutramine is more protruding than Sibutramine. And its side effect is small and can't be tested.
Pharmacokinetics: It can be absorbed quickly when taking orally and the minimum absorption can reach 77% per time. The blood consistency can reach its peak value in 1. 2 hours, the elimination rate is 1750l/h and its half life is 11 hours. It will pass liver first and will be metabolized to be the m1 and m2 of the single and double Hydroxy by the Isozyme of p450(3a4)and these active metabolism is m5 and m6. The consistency of the original form of medicine and metabolism products in plasma can reach its peak value when you take this product for 3 to 4 hours and the plasma consistency of m1 and m2 will be stable when you take it for 4 days, which is 2 times of the consistency when you take it once. And the half life of m1 and m2 is 14 hours and 16 hours and the half life won't be changed when you take this product many times. The original form of medicine, m1 and m2 can be distributed quickly and widely to the systems. And the consistency is the highest in liver and kidney. About 8. 5%(68%-95%)will be drained out of your body through urine and excrements. M1 and m2 are mainly drained out of body through liver, m5 and m6 are drained out of your body through kidney and there is no original material in urine.
Suitable symptom: It is applicable for the one who wants to control diet, the one whose weight can't be lost after exercises and the one who wants to control weight. It is recommended to be used by the one whose weight exponent is(bmi)≥30kg/m2, the one who has suffered from the diseases such as diabetes disease, abnormal blood fat.
Usage & dosage: 10mg per time, one time a day. Take this medicine separately in the morning or take it together with breakfast. If there is no obvious weight loss, you can add the dosage to 15mg a day after 4 weeks. If the sufferer can't bear the dosage of 10mg/day, he can decrease the dosage to 5mg/day. More than 15mg/day is not recommended.
