ATS series Automatic Paint Dispenser controls the whole paint dispense process with computer, high automation, simple operation, easy maintenance, its outstanding accuracy and repeatability make dispensing paint an enjoyable process, it's ideal equipment for paint industry.
1. Preprogrammed colorant data, automatic formula calculation.
2. Automatic process for selection, metering, discharging, replacement and etc.
3. Real-time monitoring of production, error alarm system eliminates wrong operation.
4. Unlimited access to revision, search, storage or printing of formulas and client information.
5. With backup function for all colorant database and client information database as well as file recovering function.
6. Sensor-detected control to accurate colorant canister positioning.
7. Electric driving lift table detects the top and bottom limitation with photoelectric sensor; It can automatically fit for various size containers.
8. Preset default-mixing time to ensure consistency in colorant density.
