Main Application:
This machine is our company's series patented product, which is specialized in making Chinese traditional medicine pills water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical pill etc. It is fit for small pharmaceutical factories, scientific research institutions and preparation rooms of traditional Chinese medical hospitals.
Operating principles:
After medicinal powder is well mixed with excipients such as water, honey, decoction or liquid extract etc, they are extruded into medicinal bars through the strip machine. Then, controlled by speed measuring motor, guide pulley, and strip transmitting machine, medicinal bars are cut by the shaping cutter wheel and made into medicine pills in high speed.
Structural features:
Now there are two models, that is, Model 16A with button control and Model 16B with touch screen control in which touch screen control adopts high technologieseg. PLC programmable controller and encoder etc. And thus it is highly automatic. AC inverter which is completely imported is adopted for the driving parts. It can be operated easily. Besides its exterior, the places where it touches with medicinal materials are all made of the stainless steel, and there is no blind corner on the working surface and it can be easily cleared up. It accords with the GMP certification standard.
