Main Application:
Centrifugal making-pill machine is mainly applied in medicine, foodstuff and chemical industries etc. It can be used to produce, round, polish small pills with a dimension of 0. 5-3mm.
Operating principles:
First, mixed-well and refined-well medicinal materials are extruded by the feeding auger into slim strips, then they are cut into granules and falls into the high-speed revolving cylinder. These granules roll on the inside wall of cylinder after they collides with each other on the specific cylinder board under the centrifugal force. There is a flow of air blowing up through the gap between the wall of cylinder and board. As a result, these granules will depart from the cylinder and fall onto the cylinder board in the form of parabola, and then they will roll towards the wall of cylinder. This movement will be repeated again and again till granules are made into pellets. This machine can do a better job when processing global materials with the dimension of less 1. 5mm.
Structural features:
This machine adopts horizontal cylindrical shaped formation. Its structure is reasonable and simple. Convenient operation and low noise; The places where it touches with materials are all made of stainless steel. There is no blind corner on the working surface, and it is very handy to clear up the cylinder and material bin. It conforms to the requirement of the GMP certification standard.
