This series of built-up tank-type transformer substation is composed of high-voltage switchgear, power transformer and low -voltage switchgear, which is a complete set of outdoor power transforming and distributing equipment. This product is a complete set of equipment with an attractive appearance, and it is compact, cost effective, user friendly and of resistance to elements.
This product is of frame structure, welded and formed by steel shapes. Covered with aluminum alloy sheets and coated with special paint, the frame features high mechanical property, resistance to elements and corrosion proofing performance. For the overall structured built-up (tank-type) transformer substation, the tank is separated by steel plates into three independent chambers, i. e., high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber. The illuminative lamps are controlled respectively by the opening and closing of the chamber doors.
The Build-up (tank-type) transformer substation is provided with a roof heat insulation layer. In order to prevent moisture from condensing in high temperature and cold spell region where the inside temperature is prone to changing, heat insulation layers can be provided for other 3 walls of the station...In order to keep the inside temperature stable, an auto-temp control device is provided for transformer room and low volt room.
Built-up tank-type transformer substation can prevent small animals from entering. In case of maintenance, the transformer can be easily handled by a dismountable barrow. Either side of the tank bracket is fixed with 4 lifting hooks, and so are the sides of tank top, they are designed for use in lifting and handling the system.
