Product Name: Energy-Consumption Braking Unit (INVT-B5)Place of Origin: ChinaINVT-B5 and INVT-BF5 are two types of dedicated braking units used for all kinds of inverters. They are used to improve the deceleration brake capability of inverters.
The two INVT braking units can reach a 150% brake torque for a long term. INVT-B5 is a low-cost and energy-consumption type brake. It needs the configuration of resistors to consume regenerated electric energy. INVT-BF5 is a high-performance feedback braking unit that can feed the regenerated energy back to the power grid. It is internally configured with an electric reactor and a noise filter and can be directly connected to a 380V power grid.
Features:
INVT-B5:
1) Perfect short circuit, overheat and overcurrent protection: an inverter may not be damaged due to short circuit of a resistor
2) Special design: common resistors can be used
3) 690 iA 2V brake design: customization is supported for higher voltages
4) IP00 protection, full-range noise filter, without any interference
INVT-BF5:
1) The energy is fed back to the power grid to increase the economic benefits. The heat loss is 1% of the energy-consumption type brake. It is convenient to install and improves operating environment
2) Perfect fault protection and safe to use
3) Bidirectional automatic voltage tracking mode, with current distortion less than 5%
4) Built-in noise filter, without pollution on the power grid and no interference upon other electronic devices
5) 300 - 440V power grid design, 690卤 2V brake, customizability for higher voltages
Technical features:
1) DC power transmission is adopt, to reduce electric power transmission cost and loss
2) The inverter supports centralized installation or distributed installation near each motor, applicable to the control of motors in a whole factory or workshop.
3) The feedback energy generated upon decceleration in case of large inertia load can be reused to improve energy saving effect, for example, oil-pumping machines, high-speed centrifugal machines and fans
4) Common DC bus solution: the " common DC bus" (power supply in a whole factory) means that the DC bus technology is applied to the INVT inverter. It is applicable to the control of multiple drive motors. The schematic diagram of the solution is as follows: INVT can provide rectified DC powers less than 3KA, as well as 380V / 690V / 1, 140V and 11 - 630kW inverters |
