Metal based inserted solid self-lubricating bearing (inlaid bearing) is a novel self-lubricating bearing with the specialty of both normal bearing and oiliness bearing. It is a kind of self-lubricating bearing made by drilling many proper dimensions bore in certain arrangement, and then inlay some solid lubricant with special formulation in the bore. It endure the load by the metal group and the solid lubricant have lubricating usage, it break the limit of normal bearing which depends on oil velum lubricating, so that make the self-lubricating available.
Application
All machine equipment which must use sliding bearing, only if the load endurance is in the specialty range of the inlaid bearing can select or change to this bearing, it is good for the occasion as following especially
1, The occasion where can't use lubricating oil to avoid the pollution of the products or the environment
2, Occasions where state in high altitude cantilever or occlude structure so that difficult to add lubricating oil
3, To-and-Pro, sway, intermission run, frequently start, braking, burden and slowly run or with tint sliding that difficult to perform with lubrication oil occasion.
4, Occasion in the water or other liquid or washed by the liquid make the lubricating oil disable
5, High temperature or low temperature status where normal lubricating oil impossible to exist.
6, Working condition too rigorous so that lubricating oil can't perform occasion.
