It is household ice cream appliance which through storing cool capacity.
Work principle:
This product has no compressor. The refrigerate resource is cool capacity storing liquid which encapsulated in interlayer of boiler. Cool capacity storing liquid can change from liquid state within 8 hours below -17C. When the environmental temperature is 25C, cool capacity storing liquid of solid state can keep the temperature of the surface of boiler between
-13Cand -10C over 45 minutes. During the stirring of the liquid which be ready to make ice cream, some liquid close to the inner-surface of boiler can be solidified rapidly and scraped down by stir wane. After circularly stir for 8 minutes, the liquid in the boiler can be changed to solid state basically and become ice cream.
