Features:
1) Excellent torsion strength: With varieties of advanced equipment and strict control, Gibo brand panel features high strength with excellent torsion strength and bending strength under heavy loads, and also excellent weather resistance.
2) Easy processing and installation: Gibo panel is easy to process for its high weight(3.5 - 5.5kg/sqm). All cutting, milling, planning, slotting, side-folding and curving can be easily fulfilled by simple tools used for processing timber and metal. Both indoor and outdoor decoration can be implemented simultaneously so as to raise working efficiency.
3) Outstanding characteristics of fireproofing: Gibo brand fireproof aluminum plastic panel fulfils the requirement of fireproof due to the usage of modified polyvinyl plastic interlayer in between without toxicity and covering of uninflammable aluminum layer at two sides. The ability of fireproof is higher than index requirement of grade B1. It is a safe fireproofing material and fully meets the fireproof requirement specified in building code.
4) Excellent impact resistance: It features good impact resistance, toughness, bending, rigidity, it will not be damaged when its suffering from sand blown by wind.
5) Excellent weather resistance: Gibo panel coated with fluoro-carbon(PVDF)resin, it features good tightness, strong adhesion, and alkali resistance, powdering resistance of ultraviolet light. It can be used for 20years without fade.
