NANJING WEIXIAN SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY Corp. Ltd. Is specialized in supplying technologies and plants of continuouse SO3 multitube film sulphonation & Sulphation, which is used to produce surfactants, like Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonate (LAS), Lauryl alcohol sulfate (AS), Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), Sodium alpha-olefins sulphonation (AOS). These products are all used in cleaning power and other detergent.
Since 1995, we have been building good quality plants for customers like: Unilever (Hefei), Henkel (Tianjing), P&G (Guangzhou), Jingdi (Shanghai), Zhongqing Yilan (Group) (Yunnan), Jingzhong Group (Anhui), Dongxing (Jinan), Xingya Washing Products (Anyang), etc. And till now, we have accumulated a lot of experiences to serve customers who are in different environment and have different requirements.
We offer a full technical service, including: The design of optimized Sulphonation devices & production technique, equipments Installation, employee training, test-drive, etc.
We offer the whole set of Sulphonation plants, including: Air Water Cooler, Air Dryer, SO2 cooler (floating tubes-box), SO2/SO3 Converter, coating fiber reactor inlet gas filter, Continuous Multitube Film Sulfonation Reactor, electrostatic precipitator/high efficient compound fiber Gas Mist Eliminator, ageing vessel (Mixed design of slug flow and static), neutralization equipments, AES degassing, AOS sulphur lactone hydrolyzer etc.
Else, We offer whole set of Automation control system for Sulphonation devices, including: DCS or PLC computer control system, intelligent instrument control system. We successfully control the rate of the Sulphonation by using density ratio control system.
