The WT-WC/PXJ-IV water-purifying agent is a new product developed in allusion to such technical problems as the high comprehensive water content, difficult dehydration and waste water treatment for the crude in the oilfields. The product combines the optimized raw materials with good compatibility of fluctuation, coagulant and de-mulsification, quick oil & water separation as well as good result of water quality purification into one body. It has good bridging sorption.In the meantime, it can produce many kinds of bigticked, polycaryon complex ion to electro-neutralize the suspensoid solids with negative electric charges in the water, which can counteract the electrostatic pressure among the particulates, lower the zeta potertial, accelerate the solids to agglomerate each other, and produce the sorption, cross bridging at the same time.
Its characteristics are:it has a wide range of water temperature adaptability, can action under very poor water quality conditions, and only a small dosage of it is needed to be used. In addition, it can coagulate and settle quickly and has a good result of fluctuation(its flocks are both strong and compact), which is a good waste water treating compound of an oilfield. And it has changed the present conditions of separate addition of demulsifier, flocculant and coagulant aid when used on the site. So, it is very convenient for use, which has reduced the labour intensity of the workers, thus being well received by the users. Because of the all-in-one composition and dual functions of the product, it has the advanced levels both at home and aboard.

3.Usage:
Under the mixing condition,add the product to the dissolving tank to prepare standard solution. And add it to the waste water as per the consumption. It is applicable to the waste water both with high and low concentrateons, has a wide applicable range for the PH value, and it is also effective in treating low temperature waste water. The product is generally used together with the organic Flocculants, the addition amount of which is between 100-300PPM.
