The JFY high-efficiency fuel combustion catalyst is another high new-technology product introduced and developed for production by our company after microbiological method acrylamide and super-high molecular weight of polyacrylamide. The product makes the fuel combust fully by applying successfully the principle of high temperature catalytic cracking of petroleum and the action principle of making the oil solids sprayed for the second time caused by the slight demolishment of the oil solids happened in the hearth after sprayed by the spraying gun. Only1/3000 of the product is needed to add to the fuel in order to increase markedly the fuel combustion speed, increase the hearth temperature quickly, improving the productive benefit, preventing and eliminating coking effectively, reducing the soot and Sox gas discharged, which has very important practical significance for energy-saving, consumption-reducing and environmental protection. It has been jointly cognized as national, excellent, high-tech energy-saving product by the National Economic Trade Commission, State Plan Committee and the National Sci-tech Committee.
As per the present working conditions of different combustion furnaces, the ratio of economizing fuel can reach 3-15% in general. The product can be widely used for various combustion furnaces with heavy oil, residual oil, residual oil, crude oil, viscous crude and diesel oil as the fuel to heat. And it has successfully applied to steel smelting furnaces, steel rolling furnaces, steam ovens of chemical fertilizer plants and power plans, the thermal injection heater and water jacket heater for thermal recovery in oilfields as well as the diesel oil engine for Changjiang shipping and ocean shipping as well as the railway gas engine.
