1. Excellent Binding Strength
PA glue film has excellent anti high temperqature capability; With its width I centimeter, the tensile test is above 3KG, the PA glue film fit for the cloth material, the other material such as EVA, POLYESTER, PU, etc., can not compare with PA glue film.
The melting point about 115 degree centigrades fit for common heating unit operation, the should be the cotton or mixed fibers because it fit for the meddle temperature (100-180 degree centigrades), other material or cloth such as PVC, PV, Nylon cloth, chemical fur, etc. Can not stand the middle temperature.
As for the electric embroidering should not choose the thermofusion glue film, because it needs a long time process, low elimination area, we should not use with high melting point glue film, and we commonly fix the temperature ai 150-160degree centigrades.
Otherwise, the glue film's melting point is too low which will also affect the products quality; The customer should more attention to the glue film choosing.
2. Dryproof
PA glue film has excellent drypoof and furction. The fabric has a strory fastness affer conglutineting, 40degree centigrades Performance excelunt, 60 degree centigrades has sood conglutination.
The thickness standards
The standards glue film connection, the thickness above 0.1mm, until one of them which face is smooth enouigh, otherwise the connection is very difficult.
The 0.1mm fit for the small drawing or thin words, which is cut, if the drawing is abdge, for which is not fit.
0.12mm fits for above 1" drawing or broad-brush, and proper glue film thickness.
0.15mm fits for the big drawing such as the badge above 2", which is the most proper width for the all kinds of clothes.
