1. Fresh morel mushroom
Specification (Its cap length ):
1. Grade S: Less than 1cm
2. Grade M: 1-3cm
3. Grade L: 3-5cm
4. Grade LL: More than 5cm
Note: Their foot with sand have been removed.
Packing: 1kg is packed in a ice bag, then, it is put into a foam box, 8 boxes to a carton.
Supply time: From Feb. To July

2. Dried morel mushroom
Specification:
1. Its cap length: 1.5-5cm; Its stem length: ≤2cm
2. Its cap length: 1.5-5cm; All stem has been fried.

3. Frozen morel mushroom
Specification:
1. Stem length: 2cm
2. Its cap length: More than 0.1cm, 1 -2cm, 2 -4cm, 4 -5cm, More than 5cm
Packing: 1kg is packed in a plastic bag, then, 8-12kg to a carton.
