Machine is elaborately designed, developed and manufactured
by our engineer through absorbing and assimilating the
advanced technology at home and abroad, it is the initial
product in China. The advantage of this machine is that
it packs AL/PL and AL/AL and AL/PL/AL at the same time.
Features:
1) Adopts the newest domestic high-power conveying system,
using chain
row to move main conveying shaft to prevent mistakes and
noises of
gear conveying systems
2) Electric equipment: adopts the imported control system,
can be
equipped with locking/refilling devices and poor-filling
detecting and
eliminating devices according to the requirements; adopts
the imported
frequency conversion speed controller
3) Composed of two sub-systems: PVC forming, feeding,
heat-sealing and
tropic aluminum cool-forming, heat-sealing, punching,
both of which
can be packed separately
4) Adopts photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP, tropic
aluminum feeding
unit, and waste-collecting device to insure the synchronization
of
the station under longer distance
5) The photoelectric celebrating unit is equipped to achieve
the function
of celebrating the graphics and texts of printing and
raise the grade
of products
